Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Workforce Activities & Operations Management team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions, drive process improvements, and optimize workforce performance. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead task groups of experts and other partners to drive business outcomes and improve process efficiency
- Perform data gathering tasks, data integration, and data analysis to inform business decisions and drive process improvements
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide data-driven insights
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes and improve process efficiency
- Collaborate with leadership and other stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements and best practices
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive business outcomes
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a field related to data analysis, business administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business operations, or a related field
- Strong background in data analysis, data visualization, and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and drive business outcomes
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Experience with data analysis software, such as Excel, SQL, or similar
Preferred Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business operations, or a related field
- Experience working in a retail or field-based environment
- Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives
- Experience with business intelligence tools, such as QlikView or similar
- Experience with data science and machine learning techniques

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and drive business outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
