Job Responsibilities:

As a Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with the Head of Customer Experience to develop and implement business strategies, while demonstrating sales leadership through active floor presence and job shadowing (70% of the time)
  • Ensuring all team members deliver a top-level customer experience, proactively addressing and resolving any concerns related to vehicle quality and readiness
  • Recruiting, training, and developing administration and staff, maintaining brief position satisfaction, providing continuous performance assessment, and ensuring adherence to arenaflex's policies and procedures
  • Maintaining brand principles through office maintenance, display area show, and cost control, while ensuring consistency with arenaflex's dress code standard and preparation rules

What You'll Bring:

* A Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in a proven track record to meet or exceed objectives

  • Self-starting business visionary with outstanding leadership abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and the capacity to focus on multiple tasks while adhering to business-critical deadlines
  • Magnificent written and verbal communication skills with a dedicated and moral approach to sales and sales tasks
  • Ability to foster collaborative relationships and act as a well-respected, trusted partner
  • Ability to work nights and weekends in a retail environment, ability to move depending on the situation
  • Valid driver's license in the country of work and ability to obtain required state licensing, where applicable
  • This job requires you to have an Engine Vehicle Salesman Permit given by Virginia State Department of Motor Vehicles. Without the sales rep permit, you cannot participate in sales activities
