Job Summary

As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for handling incoming calls from Prime members, pharmacies, and doctors' offices, providing support and assistance to help them navigate our services. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

* Receive and handle incoming calls or emails from members, pharmacies, and doctors' offices about requests for information on medication and benefits

• Investigate and resolve member inquiries in a timely manner or escalate to appropriate team members
• Adhere to and reinforce arenaflex and departmental standard operating procedures and training guidelines specific to HIPAA
• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED: Required

• 1 Year of Customer Service Experience: Required
• Eligibility to Work in the United States: Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
• Dedicated Home Workspace: Must have a dedicated home workspace that meets arenaflex's required standards
• Availability for Training: Must be available for a 6 to 8 week training class

Preferred Qualifications

* Call Center Experience: Experience working in a call center environment

• Call Center Experience in Healthcare: Experience working in a call center environment within the healthcare industry
• Work from Home Experience: Experience working from home in a remote environment
• Fluency in Spanish: Fluency in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers

Physical Job Requirements

* Ability to Sit for 6 or More Hours: Ability to sit for 6 or more hours per day

• Occasional Standing, Walking, and Stooping: Occasionally required to stand, walk, and stoop, kneel, and crouch
• Ability to Work Flexible Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime
• Ability to Work with a Set Break and Lunch Schedule: Ability to work with a set, pre-determined break and lunch schedule
