Job Summary

As a Web Chat Agent, you'll engage with customers through online conversations to assist them with inquiries related to automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership questions. Your primary focus will be to represent our dealer clients positively online, transforming customer interactions into valuable leads, and driving revenue for our clients. Key Responsibilities

* Handle various customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services

  • Schedule appointments based on customer needs and preferences
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of products and services to ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Capture customer contact information for lead generation and follow-up
  • Summarize interactions for client review and feedback
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications

* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary

  • Strong decision-making and analytical abilities to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Experience in an office setting, call center, or customer service is preferred
  • A pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer interaction role, preferably within an office or call center setting

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a similar role, such as a customer service representative or sales agent

  • Strong typing skills (minimum 35 WPM, 40 and above preferred)
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills
  • Ability to adapt to change in a quick-paced environment
  • Positive and professional demeanor
