Key Responsibilities

As a Director of Risk Management and Data Analysis, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing risk management strategies that align with arenaflex's business objectives
• Analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement business process improvements that drive efficiency and effectiveness
• Identifying and assessing new data sources that can enhance arenaflex's products and services
• Developing and maintaining industry-recognized risk management frameworks and standards

Essential Qualifications

* Master's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in risk management, data analysis, and business process improvement
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful risk management strategies and business process improvements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify insights
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with data visualization tools and technologies, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
• Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and standards, including Basel III and COSO

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data science tools and technologies, such as Python, R, or SQL

• Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques and applications
• Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives
• Strong understanding of business process re-engineering and process improvement methodologies
• Experience with project management tools and technologies, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira
