Responsibilities

As a Customer Service – Data / Order Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Data/Order entry, process orders, process returns, process credits, process truck claims
• Assist customers with pricing, inventory, and order status
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product developments to provide expert advice to customers

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Proven work experience in data/order entry and customer service
• Excellent attention to detail skills
• Demonstrates high level of accuracy in data entry
• Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
