Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be the primary point of contact for our online community, providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to live chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to our online community.
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Utilizing knowledge of our products and services to address customer questions and provide solutions.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns as needed.
- Consistently meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction and quality metrics.
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Respond to live chat inquiries within 2 minutes of initiation.
- Achieve a customer satisfaction rating of 90% or higher.
- Resolve 80% of customer complaints and concerns on the first interaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues within 24 hours.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services.
Qualifications
* Entry-level candidates with a passion for customer service are encouraged to apply.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
