Job Summary
As a Business Analytics Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of analysts who will investigate data and processes to gain insights that drive business growth and improve customer experiences. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, develop and implement data-driven solutions, and measure the impact of your initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of analysts in investigating data and processes to gain insights that drive business growth and improve customer experiences
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to optimize business processes and improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and develop recommendations for implementation
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Work with stakeholders to develop and implement metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analytics and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement
Key Capabilities
* Proven experience leading a team of analysts in a business analytics role
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to integrate complex data into key insights that drive informed business decisions
- Business acumen, with the ability to see behind the numbers to make recommendations that drive business growth and improvement
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and results to senior leaders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience working with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with SQL and Python programming languages
- Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques
Education and Experience
* Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, or a related field
- Master's degree in business administration or a related field (desired)
- 3+ years of experience in a business analytics role, with a focus on data analysis, process improvement, and business growth
- Experience working in a customer-facing industry, such as technology or retail
Additional Requirements
* Experience with Apple's products and services (desired)
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies (desired)
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI (desired)
- Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques (desired)
