Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
- Fielding customer inquiries via phone, finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
- Connecting with customers via phone to resolve their questions, issues, or concerns.
- Escalating/transfer/complete conference calls to banks, loan originators, financial institutions, and more.
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues.
- Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Providing feedback on call issues.
Qualifications
We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- Bilingual Spanish/English required.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be over 18 years of age.
- 6 months customer service experience minimum.
- 6 months Call Center experience, preferred.
- Ability to type 25 wpm.
- Comfort with desktop computer systems.
- Proven oral and written communication skills.
- Logical problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work various shifts.
- Ability to use Windows operating systems.
- Organization and work prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stay composed and objective.
- Strong listening skills.
Work from Home Requirements
To ensure your success as a remote Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Internet Connection Requirements:
