Job Description:

As a Sales Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Advertise and sell shipping containers using our cutting-edge software, ensuring seamless customer experiences and driving sales growth
  • Engage with customers via chat, building rapport, and encouraging them to place orders
  • Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices using our company's system, demonstrating exceptional sales skills and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with sales managers to assign leads to customers, ensuring a smooth follow-up process and maximizing sales opportunities
  • Participate in daily training sessions, Q&A groups, and mentorship programs to enhance your skills and achieve your goals
