Job Description

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting our Retirement Solutions Advisors team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Gathering and processing a wide range of documents, including invoices, statements, reports, personal details, and other relevant information from employees, other departments, and clients.
  • Scanning through information to identify pertinent details and ensuring accuracy.
  • Correcting errors and organizing the information in a manner that optimizes swift and accurate capturing.
  • Creating accurate spreadsheets and entering information into relevant databases.
  • Ensuring data is backed up and stored securely.
  • Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered and taking corrective action.
  • Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to facilitate easy retrieval.
  • Handling additional duties and responsibilities as required.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Store hard copies of data in an organized manner to facilitate easy retrieval. + Handle additional duties and responsibilities as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

1+ years of experience in a relevant field, such as data entry, administration, or customer service.

Language Skills:

Good command of English, both written and verbal.

Technical Skills:

Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel, as well as proficiency in touch typing.

Interpersonal and Communication Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.

Concentration and Accuracy:

Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.
