Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our High-Level Examination and Content Development team. As a Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for applying advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions, analyzing client behavior, and forecasting content commitment. Key Responsibilities
* Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions.
- Analyze client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities.
- Forecast content commitment to inform acquisition decisions.
- Enhance our content launch and episode release strategy.
- Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention.
- Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation.
- Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth.
- Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization.
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a media or entertainment company.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python.
- Experience in statistical analysis and AI techniques: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems.
- Excellent data storytelling abilities through verbal, written, and visual communication.
Good TO-HAVES
* Graduate degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
