Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing courteous and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed.
  • Addressing customer inquiries regarding prescriptions, insurance coverage, product information, and general healthcare-related questions, demonstrating a deep understanding of our services and products.
  • Processing orders, refill requests, and medication transfers accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with pharmacy teams and other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution, fostering strong relationships and a culture of teamwork.
  • Educating customers on available services, programs, and resources to meet their healthcare needs, empowering them to make informed decisions about their well-being.
  • Utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) software to document interactions and track customer feedback, ensuring continuous improvement and exceptional service.
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and results-driven performance.

Requirements:

To succeed as a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred, but not required.
  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or healthcare setting is preferred, but not necessary.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to actively listen and empathize with customers, understanding their concerns and needs.
  • Proficiency in navigating computer systems and utilizing software applications, including CRM software and other relevant tools.
