Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients with their healthcare plans. You'll be responsible for answering inbound calls, addressing questions related to medication coverage, and providing personalized support to help our clients navigate their healthcare options. Through your expertise and knowledge, you'll empower our clients to make informed decisions about their healthcare, while also expanding your own skills and experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to client inquiries related to medication coverage, prescription benefits, and mail-order prescriptions

  • Provide personalized support to clients, addressing their concerns and questions in a patient, supportive, and empathetic manner
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their healthcare needs and preferences, offering tailored solutions to meet their unique requirements
  • Stay up-to-date on healthcare trends, regulations, and industry developments to ensure accurate and informed responses to client inquiries
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, such as customer service, call center, retail, or hospitality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
