Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Providing excellent customer service through active listening, empathy, and effective communication
- Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively, adhering to arenaflex's strict data protection policies
- Proactively resolving issues on the first call, utilizing your problem-solving skills and creative thinking
- Appropriately communicating with customers, ensuring clear and concise information is conveyed
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, utilizing your conflict resolution skills
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate, ensuring seamless handovers to our specialist teams
- Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate records and metrics
- Providing feedback on call issues, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes
- Upselling when required, utilizing your product knowledge and sales skills to enhance customer experiences
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, utilizing digital tools and platforms to stay connected with colleagues and customers
- 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote support environment
- Be at least 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to type 25 words per minute, with strong keyboarding skills and accuracy
- High School Graduate or GED, with a strong foundation in communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems and software applications
- Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to recognize referral needs for customers, utilizing your product knowledge and sales skills to enhance customer experiences
- Ability to work in an environment free from paper and electronics (outside of arenaflex-provided equipment), maintaining a clutter-free and organized workspace
- Ability to have a dedicated workspace free of distractions, ensuring a productive and focused work environment

- 6 months of call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
