The Role
As an Inbound Warranty Service Associate, you'll play a critical role in assisting customers who have purchased an appliance care plan and are looking to make or follow up on a repair claim. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls and building rapport to create a positive customer experience by asking probing questions and actively listening to the customer's needs.
- Investigating customer accounts to understand the services they have purchased and filing or following up on repair claims.
- Developing relationships with customers by using active listening to empathize with them, provide solutions, and collaborate on a resolution.
- After reaching a resolution, using probing techniques to upsell additional protection for their existing appliances.
- Presenting products and services based on customers' needs and addressing objections by explaining the benefits of these services and products.
- Maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
What We're Looking For
If you have experience working in customer service, are ambitious, outgoing, and an excellent communicator, we'd love to hear from you. We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in customer service, preferably with over 6 months of experience.
- Confident in cross-selling or upselling, with a proven track record of success.
- Familiar with working in a call center environment.
- A problem solver who can leverage past experiences and creative thinking to develop practical solutions for both our clients and customers.
- Eager to learn and have a desire to receive coaching and mentorship.
- Currently residing in and legally able to work in the United States or Canada.

- Internet speeds of at least 15 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
- Webcam required for training.
- USB Headset.
