The Role

As a Full Stack Social Media Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for starting authentic conversations with potential clients, leading to the sale of coaching programs through various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. You'll work closely with our highly skilled client success team to develop and execute sales strategies, leveraging your exceptional English skills and sales expertise to drive results.

Key Responsibilities

* Start new conversations with potential clients (2 hours/day)

• Follow up with leads and nurture relationships (2 hours/day)
• Grow your social media presence and engage with your audience (2 hours/day)
• Close sales and meet performance targets (1.5 hours/day)
• Manage and communicate with your team, ensuring seamless collaboration and success (30 minutes/day)

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
• A stable income in $USD, allowing you to provide for your family and work from home
• A fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone
• Stable internet connection
• Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 2 hours on weekends)
• Location in any country in Latin America or Brazil
• Proven experience in sales/customer service roles (at least 4 months)
• 100% confidence in your English skills

• Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200/month
• Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month
