Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Live Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner
- Analyzing customer issues and providing effective solutions or escalating as necessary

- Communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent client services

Essential Qualifications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
