Key Responsibilities
As a Chat Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Engaging with our vibrant community of veterinary professionals through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos
- Providing exceptional customer support to ensure a positive and delightful day-to-day experience for every user leveraging our platform
- Troubleshooting issues and working cross-functionally to help evolve our platform
- Collaborating with the Support Team to ensure seamless communication and a unified customer experience
- Staying up-to-date with platform updates and new features to provide informed support to our users
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience
- 2 Year Associate's Degree or 4 Year College Degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in chat support is preferred, but not required
- Patience and compassion when handling difficult situations
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage many concurrent responsibilities
- A strong desire to learn and help our customers succeed
- A positive attitude and one-for-all team mentality with excellent collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a tech or start-up environment
- Knowledge of intercom and/or experience with other chat platforms
- Familiarity with veterinary professionals and their supply ordering needs
