Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative – Live Chat and Digital Support Specialist, your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service through live chat, email, and other digital channels. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries through live chat, email, and other digital channels in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner, while promoting our energy services and products
- Providing accurate and helpful information about our energy services and products to customers
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with customer accounts
