Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative on our Virtual Customer Support Team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our card members. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing superior customer service on calls to consumer card members, resolving their queries and following established procedures as needed.
  • Offering options and following best practices to ensure the best possible solutions and first-call resolution (FCR) for card members.
  • Understanding the mood, profile, and needs of each customer and leveraging that information to provide personalized benefits and products while remaining compliant with our guidelines.
  • Delivering results to customers, employees, and shareholders in accordance with our goals, highlighting issues through feedback and recommending changes in workflows, procedures, and service levels to meet customer demands and ensure quality service.
  • Adhering to quality and compliance guidelines, taking quick decisions, and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Demonstrating strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills, as well as excellent verbal communication.
  • Being customer-focused, with a strong ability to solve customer issues and effectively address service situations.
  • Showing dependability and self-motivating skills, as well as the ability to work successfully within a team environment and independently.
  • Possessing analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail and a working understanding of MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service on calls to consumer card members

Essential Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills
  • Excellent verbal communication
  • Customer-focused with a strong ability to solve customer issues and effectively address service situations
  • Demonstrated dependability and self-motivating skills
  • Ability to work successfully within a team environment and independently
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Working understanding of MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience working in a hybrid or remote environment

  • Experience working with a diverse range of customers and products
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience with change management and process improvement
