Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – High Level Examination Examiner for arenaflex's Information Science and Investigation Group

Key Responsibilities:

* Empower data-driven scientific capabilities in a multichannel marketing climate that influence internal and external datasets (via SQL and other analytical tools) to create experiences that illuminate business cycles and marketing products.

• Work with cross-functional partners to define and prioritize examination needs, scope tasks, and build/make new investigation abilities using SQL, R, Tableau, as well as other analytical instruments to drive business-critical decisions and advancements. Create automated tools that enable the team to analyze and review results from controlled tests (A/B tests), test hypotheses, work out statistical significance, further improve targeting recommended procedures, and enhance segmentation.
• Utilize SQL and other analytical tools (e.g., Python or R) to examine large datasets addressing millions of users to understand user behavior and identify key characteristics that inform the creation of new audience segments and extend the reach of our marketing across and within platforms.
• Balance business timelines with analytical thoroughness in data analysis to improve business direction and needs for the team lead.
• Assemble reporting tools and data pipelines using SQL, Python, and other internal tools to enable self-service for outreach groups. Communicate the results of investigations with business partners.

Required Capabilities and Abilities:

* B.A. or B.S. degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics/Statistics, CS, Engineering, Business, Economics, Data Science, or similar)

• 3+ years of experience driving quantifiable outcomes (adoption, engagement) with digital products across various business lines
• Experience with SQL, complex, large-scale social databases, analytical projects, and various tools with the ability to learn other specialized applications quickly to order and interpret quantitative information
• Experience building complex visualizations (Tableau and Looker or more)
• Creative thinker equipped to work both in an executive capacity (10,000 foot view perspective, asks "why") and an operational/execution capacity (detailed, meticulous)
• Ability to translate quantitative analyses into compelling and actionable recommendations with confidence
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Preferred Capabilities:

• Experience in SAS, Python, R, or any scripting language
