Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Researcher at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects that will challenge your skills and push you to grow as a professional. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing innovative data models using a range of techniques, including supervised and unsupervised algorithms
• Working with large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions

• Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data analytics, and applying this knowledge to drive innovation and growth
• Developing and maintaining high-quality data pipelines and data products that meet the needs of our clients
• Working with large language models to develop and deploy cutting-edge solutions that can tackle complex problems

Essential Capabilities

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong foundation in data science and machine learning, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. Some of the essential capabilities we're looking for include:

• 3+ years of experience in data research and analysis, with a strong focus on machine learning and artificial intelligence
• 3+ years of experience working with data questioning languages (such as SQL), pre-processing languages (such as Python), or statistical/numerical programming languages (such as R, SAS, Matlab, etc.)
• 3+ years of experience working with data analysis tools and techniques, including data visualization and machine learning algorithms
• Experience applying theoretical models in an applied context
• Strong understanding of data modeling and data engineering principles

Preferred Capabilities

While not essential, we're also looking for candidates with experience in the following areas:

• Experience working with Python, Perl, or other pre-processing languages
• Experience working in a machine learning or data research role with a large technology company
