Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, or live chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer questions that come in via our website(s) in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing concise and accurate information to customers, ensuring that their issues are resolved promptly
  • Identifying and resolving customer complaints and issues related to our products and services
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
  • Flagging major pain points and issues to our liaison team for further investigation and resolution

  • Certification in customer support or a related field
  • Experience with arenaflex's CRM platform and customer support ticketing system
