As a Digital Marketing Manager / Customer Support / General Virtual Assistant to our CEO, you will play a vital role in overseeing and helping manage multiple projects, performing tasks, and coordinating tasks of others with a particular focus on Facebook Ads. This will include communicating directly with clients through our Basecamp project management system, as well as providing exceptional customer support and general administrative assistance to our CEO.

Key Responsibilities
As a Digital Marketing Manager / Customer Support / General Virtual Assistant to our CEO, your key responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing and helping manage multiple projects, including Facebook Ads campaigns, Google Adword and Shopping campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives
* Communicating directly with clients through our Basecamp project management system
* Providing exceptional customer support and resolving client queries in a timely and professional manner
* Coordinating tasks of others and ensuring seamless project delivery
* Managing and optimizing Facebook Ads campaigns, including setting up and optimizing ad groups, targeting audiences, and tracking performance metrics
* Managing and optimizing Google Adword and Shopping campaigns, including setting up and optimizing ad groups, targeting audiences, and tracking performance metrics
* Assisting with graphic design tasks, including creating visual content for social media and marketing campaigns using Canva or similar platforms
* Providing administrative support to our CEO, including tasks such as email management, calendar organization, and data entry
* Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of new ideas and strategies
Essential Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential requirements:
* Be based in the Philippines
* Have excellent written English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner
* Have experience with Facebook Ads, including setting up and optimizing ad campaigns, targeting audiences, and tracking performance metrics
* Have experience with Google Ads, including setting up and optimizing ad campaigns, targeting audiences, and tracking performance metrics
* Have proven experience working with English-speaking clients or employers
* Possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
* Be willing to help out wherever our CEO requires assistance, including administrative tasks
* Have a fast computer and high-speed internet connection with reliable power
* Have experience with graphic design using Canva or similar platforms
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
* Experience with video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro
* Experience with copywriting and content creation
* Experience with website creation and development
* Experience with social media management and online lead generation
* Experience with product research and market analysis

* Facebook Ads setup and strategy (45%)

* Responding to customer queries via Basecamp across all projects (10%)
