Responsibilities

As a part-time Chat Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review.
• Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and developing a knowledge base of our evolving products and services.
• Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide informed and accurate responses to customer inquiries.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus).
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills, as well as a strong ability to multitask.
• A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a similar role or industry.

• Gaming experience, which can be helpful in developing your multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• A strong understanding of the automotive industry and its products and services.

Requirements

* Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin.

• Own your own computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone.
• Be able to attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom Tuesday through Saturday from the hours of 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT.
• Be able to work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday.
