Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced remote data entry specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our data operations team, you'll be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and correcting eligibility records to ensure they align with our enrollment package records. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

* Review and analyze eligibility records to ensure accuracy and consistency with enrollment package records

• Identify and resolve discrepancies between systems, including shared mailboxes and work queues
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve complex issues and drive business growth
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and analysis

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry and analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry

• Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a healthcare industry, with knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance

• Certification in data analysis or a related field
