Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Handling customer queries on web chat, email, and social media in a polite, professional, and timely manner
- Educating current and potential customers about our products and services, including features, benefits, and best practices
- Maintaining accurate customer records, including interactions, issues, and resolutions
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to the Team Leader and Ops Team in a timely and effective manner
- Actively participating in team meetings to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback
Key Performance Indicators
To succeed in this role, you will be measured against the following key performance indicators:
- Handle all queries in a polite, professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Probe and troubleshoot customer queries, providing suitable and satisfactory solutions
- Educate customers on services and processes, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our offerings
- Escalate any issues to the Team Leader in a timely and effective manner
- Achieve agreed KPIs and Objectives, including customer satisfaction, first contact resolution, and issue escalation rates
- Adhere strictly to shift schedules, ensuring seamless coverage and minimizing downtime
- Adhere to laid-down internal policies, procedures, and processes, ensuring compliance and quality
- Work collaboratively with the team to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree from any stream (for freshers) or a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience (for experienced candidates)
- Passion for customer care and a commitment to delivering exceptional support
- Good typing skills, with the ability to type at least 40 words per minute
- Fluency in written and spoken English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision
- Fast learner with the ability to work with set targets and deadlines
