Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers from all levels, from the general public to high-level managers of organizations. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Processing Payments: Receive and process payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Updating Lot Notes: Update lot (vehicle) notes in our system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Answering Multi-Line Telephone: Answer multi-line telephone in a professional manner, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Face-to-Face Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in person, providing exceptional service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Using Company Resources: Utilize company resources to gather information and offer solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Contacting Clients: Contact clients to obtain vehicle pick-up information and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Filing Documents: File documents according to criteria, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Processing Mail: Process incoming and outgoing mail per criteria, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Reading and Interpreting Reports: Read and interpret various reports and documents, providing insights and recommendations to improve customer service.
  • Completing Sale Documents: Properly complete sale documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the success of our customer service team.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • One Year of Office Support Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an office setting.
  • High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Suite, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Typing Speed: A typing speed of 45WPM or higher is required.
