Job Overview
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving their issues, answering their questions, and providing solutions to their problems. You will also be responsible for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to customers, as well as identifying and escalating complex issues to our management team.
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues and answer their questions in a timely and professional manner
- Upsell and cross-sell our products and services to customers
- Identify and escalate complex issues to our management team
- Collaborate with our internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve our products and services
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets
- Stay up-to-date with our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
- Participate in training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and customers
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating system
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a call center or customer service environment

- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Fluency in multiple languages
