Key Responsibilities

* Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide a consistently high level of service to our customers, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.

• Airport Operations: Carry out various airport-related tasks, including check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, luggage services, and ticketing (ATAc).
• Teamwork: Work closely with team leaders and colleagues to deliver a seamless experience across all areas of customer service.
• Administrative Tasks: Conduct relevant administrative responsibilities, such as ATAc, pre-flight, and post-flight departure.
• Promote arenaflex Services: Promote and sell arenaflex services and products to our customers.
• Training and Development: Attend and complete all mandatory training by given deadlines.
• Safety and Security: Adhere to and promote safe working practices at all times.

• Valid BAA Airside Pass: Be in possession of a valid BAA airside pass.
• GSAT Trained: Be GSAT trained.
• Valid DVLA Driving License: Be in possession of a valid DVLA driving license, with the willingness and ability to apply for a BAA driving license as required.
• BAA Jet Bridge Permit: Be willing and able to teach and maintain a valid BAA jet bridge permit as required.

Desired Qualifications – Education & Previous Work Experience

* Computer Skills: Possess basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
