Job Summary
We're seeking experienced golf enthusiasts who are passionate about the Titleist brand and product line. As a remote chat representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers, providing exceptional shopping experiences, and sharing your knowledge and expertise with dedicated golfers. Responsibilities and Duties
As a remote chat representative for titleist.com, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to customers via live chat
- Sharing your knowledge and passion for the Titleist brand and product line with customers
- Assisting customers with product inquiries, comparisons, and recommendations
- Analyzing competitor products and providing insights to customers
- Showing empathy and understanding to customers in stressful situations
- Staying up-to-date with the latest Titleist products, events, and promotions
- Collaborating with the arenaflex team to continuously improve and enhance the customer experience
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of golf experience
- In-depth knowledge of the Titleist product line
- Golf club fitting experience
- Familiarity with top component brands
- Ability to engage and inspire dedicated golfers with Titleist brand and product knowledge
- Ability to explain complex concepts at the customer's knowledge level
- Strong communication and typing skills (at least 35 wpm)
- Reliable internet connection (at least 10mbps)
- Desktop or laptop with Chrome browser (tablets and mobile devices not compatible at this time)
- Reliable sound output (built-in computer speakers or third-party speakers or headsets)
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a customer-facing role
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online shopping experiences
- Familiarity with social media and online marketing strategies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
