You'll be the primary point of contact for all HR inquiries, from initial requests to fulfillment, and collaborate with our local and global teams to resolve employee issues in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities

As an HR Shared Services Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the accuracy of employee data through the control of employee structures and processes
  • Assisting with applications that impact all personnel, ensuring they run smoothly, so employees can focus on doing their best work
  • Researching new tools and strategies to simplify, optimize, and automate work across our Talent organization
  • Helping create, write, and maintain our HR knowledge base for employees
  • Assisting with analyzing, implementing, and operationalizing new employee services (from pre-employment to offboarding)
  • Performing system and testing audits to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and functionality; analyzing and recording results and discrepancies

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Demonstrated experience with the Workday HCM tool
  • Demonstrated skills in Mass Uploads (EIB)
  • Strong project management, communication, and customer support skills
  • Strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced skills in Excel
  • Strong interest in HR and the ability to provide results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Ability to problem-solve using rigorous logic and strategies to resolve complex issues
  • A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Experience in Workday Data Analyst, HR, or as a HR Generalist is a plus
  • Experience with Zendesk ticketing system is a plus
