Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries regarding flight schedules, reservations, baggage information, and more. You will handle customer interactions with efficiency and empathy, ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Assisting with booking and modifying reservations
  • Providing information regarding flight status and schedules
  • Addressing and resolving customer complaints with professionalism
  • Documenting customer interactions and transactions
  • Following company protocols and procedures for customer care
  • Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Reside in the state of Georgia
  • Have a high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be able to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Have customer service experience (preferred but not required)
  • Have basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Be able to remain calm and courteous under pressure

Educational Qualifications
