Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and licensed insurance customer service representative to join our team. As a key member of our personal lines team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their insurance-related questions, concerns, and requests. Responsibilities

As a Full-Time Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Greet all customers entering the office in a friendly and helpful manner, addressing their insurance-related questions, concerns, and requests.
  • Processing Customer Policy Change Requests: Efficiently and accurately process customer policy change requests, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Taking Premium Payments: Collect premium payments from customers, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely payment processing.
  • Fostering Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring high levels of client retention and product loyalty.
  • Presenting Insurance Policy Options: Present and explain insurance policy options based on prospective client needs and personal goals, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Providing Additional Information: Offer customers additional information about new products and services, staying up-to-date on industry developments and arenaflex offerings.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Personal Lines P&C License: Hold a valid personal lines property and casualty (P&C) license.
