Job Description

As a blended agent, you'll be cross-trained to support multiple clients, handling inbound calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer service needs. You'll follow a guided process, logging each call in arenaflex's Frontline Connection CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound calls, emails, or chats for multiple accounts
  • Following a guided process and logging each call in Frontline Connection CRM
  • Gathering and verifying caller information and documenting it inside the appropriate system
  • De-escalating situations with upset customers and providing exceptional customer service
  • Multitasking and navigating through multiple systems with your computer

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Customer service experience, preferably in a high call volume environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to deal with upset customers and de-escalate situations
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Technical abilities sufficient to install/uninstall programs and troubleshoot your own equipment

Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with:

  • Previous call center experience
  • Previous experience working remotely
  • Basic technical support experience

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to:

  • Be available to train on weekdays
  • Attend training sessions during daytime hours (approximately 6 am-4:30 pm PST)
  • Have open availability 24/7 to work shifts inside arenaflex's hours of operation
  • Have a quiet place to work at home with a locked door to prevent background noise

Tech Requirements

To ensure a seamless experience, you'll need:

  • A desktop Windows computer (no MACs or Chromebooks)
  • A processor with Intel i3, i5, i7, or i9 (recent generation) or AMD Ryzen 3, 5, 7, or 9 (recent generation)
  • 8GB RAM (16GB RAM preferred)
  • A dual monitor
  • A high-quality USB headset
  • To be hardwired at all times
  • Minimum internet speeds of 20Mbps download and 10Mbps upload
  • Less than 20ms ping stability
  • No Spectrum

Compensation and Benefits

We offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate (DOE $13.00-$15.00)
  • PT sick time eligibility after 6 months of employment
