Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to millions of plan members through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
  • Answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions to help members better understand their services and options
  • Facilitating treatment by providing necessary solutions and information to members
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve member satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on healthcare industry trends and best practices

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1 year of customer interaction experience in a call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, or military setting
  • Computer experience with Windows-based applications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
  • Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
  • Patience and understanding, with the ability to convey trust and confidence
  • Reliability and compliance with certain standards

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and federal regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Training and Development

As a new hire, you'll participate in our comprehensive 6-week on-site training program, which includes:

  • Hands-on learning experiences with instructors, self-paced modules, and leadership

  • Training locations may vary depending on your experience in the region and the WFH program
