As a Senior Analyst in the Financial Planning Systems space, you'll be part of a collaborative team that's shaping the future of financial management. With a unique blend of financial and IT expertise, you'll support the development and maintenance of financial systems, providing expert guidance to stakeholders and identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.

What you'll do

* Uphold the Hyperion planning application, ensuring accurate and timely financial data

• Approve data from Hyperion Financial Management and regulatory sources
• Investigate and resolve issues with data, including divisional roll-ups and intercompany transactions
• Maintain system upkeep, including client permissions and access controls
• Provide support to clients with system issues, existing reports, forms, and models
• Assist with the preparation of in-depth scenarios and analytical results examinations on complex financial issues and competitive industry analyses
• Facilitate and complete monthly headcount processes using Hyperion
• Refresh Hyperion Planning with order changes, coordinating with regulators and GL teams
• Collaborate with workgroups to determine reporting business requirements, proposing and presenting effective solutions
• Create Essbase cubes, Planning Applications, Reports, and estimating and planning models for Financial divisions

All you'll need for success

* Minimum Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Systems, or related field + 2 years of work experience in a financial role, including experience with financial summaries, financial modeling, and analysis + Strong IT foundation, including experience with Prophet and complex and social database structures

• Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience using Hyperion, including development and implementation experience (including Intelligent Disclosure, Essbase, Planning) + Skills, Licenses, and Certifications: - Ability to adapt and be flexible in the use of analytical methodologies related to financial issues - Ability to extract, manipulate, and analyze data - Meticulous with a focus on accuracy and ability to prioritize tasks - Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse situations
