Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats from members, addressing their queries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about arenaflex products and services, including benefits, eligibility, and claims processing
- Resolve member complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including claims teams, medical directors, and product specialists, to resolve member issues and improve customer experiences
- Stay up-to-date with arenaflex policies, procedures, and product offerings, ensuring that you have the knowledge and expertise to provide accurate and effective support to members
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring that you remain current with industry trends and best practices
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer service goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and expertise to improve overall team performance
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of customer service experience in a healthcare or related industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with members, internal stakeholders, and external partners
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare or related industry
- Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, policies, and procedures, including HIPAA and regulatory compliance
- Experience working with CRM software, including salesforce.com and other customer relationship management tools
