Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences: Engage with customers, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive experience. Model and share customer service best practices with your team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
  • Providing Efficient Checkout Service: Register sales on assigned cash register, provide customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
  • Assisting Customers with Products and Services: Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
  • Maintaining a Clean and Well-Merchandised Store: Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records. Check in and price merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader.
  • Implementing Asset Protection Procedures: Identify and minimize profit loss by implementing company asset protection procedures.
  • Ensuring Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products).
  • Constructing and Maintaining Displays: Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise. Complete resets and revisions as directed.
  • Providing Customer Service in the Photo Area: Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print and creative machine, suggestive sell of promotional photo products.
  • Assisting with Web Pick-up Responsibilities: Monitor orders in Picture Care Plus, fill orders (pick items), and deliver orders to customers as they arrive at the store.
  • Maintaining a Clean and Orderly Store Condition: Ensure clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance.
  • Complying with Company Policies and Procedures: Comply with all company policies and procedures; maintain respectful relationships with coworkers.

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage with customers, resolve issues, and answer questions in a friendly and efficient manner.

  • Strong Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution Skills: Ability to resolve customer issues and conflicts in a fair and professional manner.
  • Basic Math Skills: Ability to accurately handle cash, process transactions, and maintain inventory.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Preferred Qualifications

* Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience in a retail or healthcare setting.

  • Cash Handling Experience: Previous experience handling cash, processing transactions, and maintaining inventory.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, including ability to use point-of-sale systems and other software applications.
  • Ability to Lift Up to 25 Pounds: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, as needed.
