What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: - Maintaining Standard Call Volume: Meet or exceed our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for call volume, ensuring seamless customer interactions. - Engaging in Outbound Calling: Proactively engage in outbound calling when inbound call volume is low, maximizing opportunities to provide exceptional support. - Achieving Company and Department KPIs: Collaborate with your team to achieve company and department KPIs, driving business growth and success. - Participating in Training and Utilizing Tools: Engage in ongoing training and utilize tools and resources to enhance your skills and knowledge, promoting professional growth. - Addressing Customer Concerns: Effectively address customer concerns, involving management as necessary to ensure timely resolutions.

What is Required (Qualifications)
