Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering calls in an efficient, courteous, and accurate manner
  • Assessing customer needs and offering solutions and additional products
  • Selling travel-related services, including car rental and credit card vendor partner products
  • Understanding and adhering to all arenaflex and U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance requirements
  • Working with a globally diverse group of customers and colleagues
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive salary and industry-leading profit sharing. Our starting pay for Customer Experience Specialists is $18.90 per hour, with regular pay increases through 10.5 years to the current max of $35.26 per hour. We also offer comprehensive health and wellness benefits, including medical, dental, vision, short/long term disability, and life benefits.

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Experience Specialist, you will need:

  • A High School diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency
  • Embracing diverse people, thinking, and styles
  • Consistently prioritizing safety and security of self, others, and personal data
  • Being at least 18 years of age and having authorization to work in the United States
  • New hires are flexible in working PM shifts with 2 consecutive days off, which will likely be offered midweek
  • Digital literacy in navigating web-based and airline-specific software applications, emails, instant messaging, and internet searches
  • Demonstrating clear, cheerful, and courteous verbal and written communication using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation
  • Reliable and committed by maintaining excellent attendance, performance, self-motivation, and goal attainment
  • Demonstrating that privacy is a priority when handling personal data

Preferred Qualifications

* One year of experience working in sales and at least one year of experience providing customer service
