Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Business Counselor to join our team in a remote work arrangement. As a key member of our Income Uprightness COE association, you will be responsible for driving Gamble Change specialized exercises, including electronic clinical record information extraction, compromise, and conglomeration, as well as financial and functional detailing. You will work closely with our team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our data, drive business process improvements, and provide expert guidance to our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide direction and guidance to external vendors, external experts, colleagues, or matrixed staff to support ACA IFP Chance Change Income Trustworthiness drives.

• Drive the compromise of information (coding survey results and clinical record images) from various sources, identifying gaps while ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Act as a business lead for system planning and testing new capabilities, as well as evaluating exercises connected with vendor compromise of coding results and clinical record images, and other specialized projects.
• Drive change connected with upgrades and system fixes, understanding interdependencies both cycle-wise and timing-wise to achieve business targets.
• Utilize your expertise and experience to extract insights from data, making recommendations for business process improvements and data quality enhancements.
• Support 1m IFP individuals through closely managing vendor information quality and practicality, ensuring data is ingested into Team to drive entries, and all Group approval errors are worked ideal to guarantee accommodation fulfillment.
• Break down and comprehend advanced recovery to augment results, redo ACA detailing perspectives, and effort director information required for everyday tasks work.

Required Capabilities

* Experience with IT application development lifecycles and strategies.

• Expertise in transforming information into significant and noteworthy data, affecting others through effective communication.
• Experience with SAS/SAS EG/Python/SQL server in data analysis and control.
• Scrupulousness and attention to detail.
• Merchant management insight and experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience reporting business processes, suggesting, and implementing progress techniques.
• Capacity to perform testing capabilities and participate in system planning.
• Ability to review the precision of detailing against source records/reports/data sets and carry out inspecting methodology.
