Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide product information: Provide accurate information about arenaflex services, delivery processes, and partner restaurants, helping customers make informed decisions.
• Resolve customer complaints: Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback and improve service delivery, ensuring that customer needs are met.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, promotions, and policies to assist customers and provide accurate information.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
