Position Description

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as At-Home Contact Center Specialists. As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls. Your tasks will include:

  • Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Qualifying insurance leads
  • Recruiting patients for medical studies
  • Setting medical appointments
  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, or chat

Key Responsibilities:

* Qualify callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients

  • Schedule appointments and manage customer interactions
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
  • Own a computer at home (cannot be a Chromebook, Notebook, or MacBook)
  • Webcam
  • Internet access
  • Must have a desk/workstation in a quiet workspace

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
  • Experience working with multiple software applications simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture

Compensation and Perks:

As a Customer Support Associate, you'll receive a competitive hourly rate of $10.00 per hour. In addition to your hourly rate, you'll also have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including:
