Job Summary

- Offer guidance and support to customers regarding travel policies, procedures, and promotions, ensuring that they have a clear understanding of their options and benefits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently, including sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, ensuring that customer information is secure and confidential.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services, including flight schedules, fares, and promotions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring that customer service is aligned with the latest industry standards and best practices.
Essential Qualifications
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
