Job Summary

As a Remote Healthcare Billing and Customer Service Representative, you'll work as an extended business office representative on behalf of our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service: Using empathy and excellent communication skills to help patients and their families understand complex medical bills and resolve account balances.
  • Collaborating with patients: Working with patients over the phone to create affordable payment plans and take payments.
  • Accurately documenting calls and follow-ups: Using your computer proficiency and attention to detail to document all interactions in our software systems.
  • Supporting your team: Collaborating with fellow team members to achieve excellent work ethic and caring team focus.
  • Continuously improving: Participating in ongoing training and coaching to improve your skills and performance.

What You'll Need

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to empathize with patients and their families, and communicate effectively over the phone.

  • Computer proficiency: Experience with software systems and ability to accurately document interactions.
  • Attention to detail: Ability to accurately document calls and follow-ups.
  • Team focus: Collaborative mindset and willingness to support fellow team members.
  • Continuous learning: Willingness to participate in ongoing training and coaching.

Schedule and Location

* 8 hour shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm MST.

  • Day shift: No evening or weekend shifts required.
  • Colorado location: Required for local residents, with opportunities to work from home for remote employees.
