What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients' customers. Your day will be filled with opportunities to make a real difference in people's lives, whether it's resolving issues, answering questions, or simply being a friendly voice on the other end of the line. A Typical Day in the Life
* Answer incoming communications from customers via phone, email, or chat
- Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and helpful advice to customers
What You Bring to the Role
* 6 months or more of customer service experience (we're looking for someone with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences)
- Reside within North Carolina (we're committed to supporting our remote team members and want to ensure you have a stable and reliable internet connection)
- High school diploma or equivalent (we're looking for someone with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills)
- Product knowledge and experience with computer systems (we'll provide training and support to ensure you have the skills you need to succeed)
- High-speed internet connection (> 40mbps) to ensure seamless communication with customers and colleagues
