Key Responsibilities

As a Voice Data Entry Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Engaging in both voice and non-voice processes as required, utilizing your exceptional communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.
• Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, respect, and a customer-centric approach.
• Verifying information provided by third-party sources through online databases, ensuring accuracy and cross-verification.
• Reviewing and fulfilling enrichment tasks as outlined by the client during training sessions, demonstrating your ability to adapt to new processes and information.
• Conducting data entry, verifying vendor resources, checking board certifications, and following up with various state boards for updates, showcasing your attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ensuring the timely, accurate, and high-quality execution of all tasks, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
• Being receptive to additional responsibilities as needed, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to grow.

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Qualifications

While experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales, or comparable customer service roles is preferred, we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds. To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• Availability to commit to 40 hours per week, with the ability to start immediately.
• A reliable work-from-home setup, including a stable internet connection, to ensure seamless communication and productivity.
