Job Description

As a remote Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service while shopping for their pets. You'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities:

  • Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and informed support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
